Steadfast Spirits’ American Bourbon is available now! A variety of additional hand-crafted and barrel-aged spirits are in the works.
Known for making traditional American aged spirits, the way they've been done for 200 years. We run an old copper-pot still with a doubler and run all our spirits just once. This ensures the most flavor retention in our final product.
Barrel-aged spirits are aged in locally sourced American White Oak barrels for no less than two years.
Single Barrel Uncut Bourbon Whiskey
60.12% ABV (varies barrel to barrel)
Flavor typically changes from barrel to barrel. Has notes of sweet corn, peppery Rye or caramel/bready malts. Uncut, unfiltered and unadulterated.
BARREL PROOF Bourbon Whiskey
57% ABV
Back to barrel entry proof at 114. Bold, peppery at the start with a ready caramel finish and buttery mouthfeel.
TRADITIONAL AMERICAN BOURBON
46% ABV
Very sweet, corn-forward American Bourbon. A blend of 55% corn, 12.5% Rye and a blend of barley and caramel malts.
BARREL PROOF WHITE DOG MASH BILL #1
57% ABV
A traditional unaged American Whiskey at barrel proof. Mash Bill #1 indicates it as our traditional American Bourbon if it was aged.
Traditional American Wheated Whiskey
92 ABV
A soft blend of corn, barley and three different varieties of wheat. Starting with a buttery mouthfeel - it finishes with soft and heavy notes of wheat. Enjoyable either straight or on the rocks.
